//Connectivity

Most of Jesus’ career was not spent teaching in the temple, but it was spent with the people. He spent time talking and eating with tax collectors, prostitutes, fisherman, Roman soldiers, thieves, convicts, Jews and Gentiles alike. He was with the people at the grassroots level. Jesus knew their culture and how they acted, spoke, and ate. He understood their history, their current condition, and their hopes for the future.

How well do you connect with your current visitors, members and staff? Are your members inviting visitors on a regular basis? The truth is that if your congregation is not actively inviting people there are internal problems that need to be addressed.

Before you can look outward you first have to examine your church or organisation from the inside. Once you begin to connect with your current congregation they will begin to invite people. Once you are able to connect to your congregation you can build upon this with branding and advertising.
